There are several convenient ways to sign the contract with us. The most common method is through DocuSign — the contract will be emailed to you, allowing you to sign electronically, and we’ll receive the completed version once all parties listed on the title have signed. Alternatively, we can send the contract as a PDF for you to print, sign, and scan back to us. If preferred, we can also mail the contract to you for signature and return. We’re flexible and happy to use whichever method you’re most comfortable with.

Although the contract allows up to 30 days for closing, we usually complete the process in just 2 to 3 weeks. After finishing the inspection period, we promptly prioritize closing the deal quickly.

Your payment will be securely sent either by wire transfer directly to your bank account or by a certified check mailed to your address from the title company. We coordinate everything to ensure you receive your funds safely and promptly.
